Mike, you're a hell of a good player. We all know that. I admire your skill. Trully a humbling experience to fight against someone as skilled as you.
Unfortunately you've been a loose cannon on the server for a long time. I don't think there's an admin at the server who hasn't either spec'd you bleeding/tk'ing people, or certainly who hasn't recieved complaints about it.
Personally I've kicked you a few times for it. I've also sent you a number of pm's about respecting the 'noob server' as it's so fondly referred to by the elite crowd.
Frankly, you've been on thin ice for awhile now due to the amount of flagrant tk's (planting dyno in friendly territory) and bleeding. Likely I should have had the fibre to act sooner on this, but, given your generally affable nature, extreme skills and social prestige I've been remiss in being neutral and fair to the community at large.
Leaving your system on to continually make hits on the server getting back in is a crap way to disrespect the place to begin with. You know full well the issues we've been having with that. However, I've never seen anyone make 5-7 hits per second as you were doing. It lagged hell out of the server and I made the decision to stop the nonsense immediately.

Mike because of his long history takes certain liberties, at times, that get him in trouble. hes been kicked several times for this as well as auto-push, these guys are great players, have thier own server, like coming over to bch to menace the population, cool, but thinking its "thier" proving ground and thumbing thier nose at admins/rules is gonna get a response they wont like, like getting banned for 9999 secs then leaving comp on to go watch a movie, nice ball busting move mike

The thing that sucks is that I had no clue it spammed the server. When I join an OSP server, it is always full...it goes awaiting challenge...then starsts counting up. When I leave it on, it eventually gets me in when soembody leaves. My timescale is at 10 so that I connect faster if somebody else is waiting to get in also. I had the same setting when I tried connecting to the server. And I was not aware that connecting to the server and letting it await connection kept spamming my ban. If i knew it caused harm to the server, I would have not done so. I regret doing it and regret all the other actions I did. Those dynamites, keek, tk'ed no one...I planted them in axis spawns...u can get low scores without tking;) And as far as that matter's concerned...I have hardly ever tk'ed on purpose. The only complaints I get are for me /kill ing...

On one hand Seether is not trustworthy at all. So at most you can take what he says as a half truth.
On the other hand, I am pretty sure Mike here knows that it displays a message when someone is banned and they try to get on. I think he's also shot me a couple times on purpose when I have been on his team. Which, might I add, pissed me off. Haven't really seen much else bad he has done though.
The truth lies halfway in between here and it is not easy to make a decision. That is what we're faced with in this tough decision. However, after careful deliberation, I think the only person who should be banned is ^wo0t for referring to Killermike's sack as large.

There will be no further public discussion of this matter. As it stands right now, KillerMike has been banned at the firewall. The issue is between KillerMike and the other admins, if KillerMike would like to discuss this matter further, there is a forum for it.
