Anyone care to explain how to get a demo? Is it a f command? Any help is appreciated. And I'm not sure how ecgn runs things here, but can demos be viewd in a thread?

I do it by typing /record in the console then /stoprecord to...well I guess you can work that out yourselves. That records a standard demo. Does anyone know if you can record into actual video formats such as mpeg though?

you need pjbmp2avi to convert it into .bmp or .tga

I use JPGvideo to convert demos to avi. You can see the results in my demo´s web (It´s under construction but next days I´ll explain how I convert demos to avi/mpeg format).

For a better quality demo bind a key to do this:
"g_synchronousclients 1; record; g_synchronousclients 0"
"stoprecord"
Actually I never saw the difference with only /record but now it's already set so I keep it.

I only use this when I record Single player.
In Multiplayer you have to type /record, and watch it with Seismovision.

Yeah. I did that bind when I wanted to record one match and the console told me to set g_sychronousclients 1 for better results. But like I said, I never saw a difference. I only keep that cuz it's already in my binds.
