What's your gaming ritual?

Am curious as to why so many of you dont leave your computers running all the time.

You worried about burning out your vid cards?

You have highly overclocked machines that can only stand a few hours of intense gaming at time?

Leave em on mang! then you just click wolf and are playing within a minute.

well my ritual is pretty simple.....i get home from work, drop a duce, grab a drink and play until my eyes get blurred.

Usually I just brew up some tea create a play list of music I want to listen to for the night and join whatever game strikes my fancy. That and I kinda watch TV at the same time too. Now that I think about it I'm doing like 5 things at once. :freak:

If I try and just focus on the game and get rid of all distractions I end up sucking azz.

Has anyone else here played the game where every time you die you have to do like 10 pushups or benchpresses?

I think its bad for computers if they sit doing nothing, just like its bad to leave your car idoling, and just as bad as that cousin you have that sits on his fat ass all day.

Sorry, I just saw the episode of Family Business on Showtime where Cousin Stevie goes to shoot his first porn movie and somehow hires a shemale. I just look around at all I should be doing, then just push the papers aside (sometimes i get 2" more monitor that way) make sure there is a lighter close by then BAM kick it up a notch r_intensity 3 let it rip

oh and lately trying to get bubba to say certain words has been adding a whole new dimension to the fun.

seems to be stuck on the word valve though

I enjoy playing Woof with Bubba, especially when he's finished fixing his vowves.

As for concentrating on 10 things at once... I can't do it. When I'm playing, someone can jabber up a storm beside me and it's all I can do to answer 'unh-huh' at significant pauses.

Okay I've been around, God only knows, but what the hell is "drop a duce"? Sheesh, sounds like you need potty training.

I've done in before, i don't do it for punishment though.
