Maximum graphics beauty

Greetings,

What do I set the following settings to achieve the highest quality of image

compress texture ?
anisoporic filter?

Remember, I'm not worried about performance, my graphics card can handle it, I want it to look it's best.

ansitropic filter=16x

it just gives you the option of yes or no for ansitropic, so I'm assuming yes...correct?
