More Environementalism (sigh)
So basically a major paper about the greenhouse effect published in the late 90's was full of errors.

Once again pointing out that we know too little to make sound judgements on the environment. Part of the data from this shows the climate during the 15th century was worse off than the entire 20th century. Kind of hard to explain how rampant evil industrialism at its height of pollution couldn't equal subsistence level manure peasant farming just prior to the Rennasaince.
And not single to out any specific Canadians (you know who you are) I seem to find again and again that some of the most factual and believable information coming out against overly reactive environmentalism is always from Canada. God Bless Canada!

Blatant bump because I took a shot at one of my favorite Canadians and I am dying to see his response:D
P.S.
Also because Jeffro pm'ed me and said I hadn't done quite enough yet to turn Ryan homicidal (j/k)

Unless they were dumping radioactive waste in our oceans in the 1500's I could give a rats ass what new corrections or highlights come to pass. Ten years ago I could ride my cycle for an hour in the woods and not see a house. Now there are no woods. Just housing developments. We got one planet and thats what counts. So unless the non environmentalist (industrialists) have a spare we will be knee deep in shit a hundred years or so from now. And don't say it isn't your problem. That you'll be dead. Think of future generations of family members you greedy bastard.
This isn't geared at Ingus by the way. Just a general statement.

Irish I agree with you one hundred percent. Thats not so much environmentalism as anti-people for me though.
I live in my old neighborhood where I grew up and if you walked down to the end of my street you entered the woods and there were herds of deer and you could find an occasional bear. Now its just miles and miles of housing development.
Damn people. There's too many of 'em already, don't need any more.
In a way it did have a positive environmental effect though. the area used to be a toxic waste dump for 3M but because people built houses there, there was a big stink and they had to clean it up.
And although that may make environmentalists happy here is a shot at Slayer. Now with all those damn people living there they drove of all of the
