What's to do in St-Louis, MO?

Postby Chacal » Sun Jul 11, 2004 2:05 pm

I'm leaving tomorrow for a week-long business trip to St-Louis. I'll be stationed near the airport. It is possible I 'll have a few free hours.

*Apart from the friggin' arch*, what's interesting to do in St-Louis? I'm thinking old city, sidewalk cafes, a quiet beer in the shade, good blues and a stiff scotch at night.

Oh and Jeffro, remember how you often hoped for the tooth fairy to visit you in your sleep? Well, I'm coming for you and this time I'm bringing PLIERS! HAHAHAHAHA!

St. Louis? Hmmm... well there are a lot of nice cafes on the landing by the river. Casinos on the river too. There is a zoo (woo hoo) There is a park called Forest Park and there are many interesting things to do.

Hope you have a good time.

I remember hearing Jeffro mentioning a fairy visiting him in his sleep but there was nothing about a tooth.:D

If you are coming to st. louis. go down to the landing... lots of bars and clubs. If you cross the river and go to the "east-side" there are strip clubs over there.

If you are into music there is a place called Blueberry Hill in Delmar, if you're lucky its one of the few places you could see Chuck Berry play a show. Delmar is in St. Louis County you can get there using the Metrolink rail system.

It also depends on where you are staying. Give us the Hotel you are staying in and i can come up with something for ya to do in proximity to it.

Toothless fairies visiting might not be so bad. If it's really dark. Beats the heck out of Sucubis visiting in the day with nashers the envy of tigers.

You could always go to a Cardnals game if they are.........oh wait....All Star break. Nevermind. However, I've been to St. Louis and there are some things to do so I doubt you'll get bored.

Hmm...things to do in St. Louis.

Eastside=goodness!

I'm sure you could find a hooker if you wanted one.

Just don't get lost in the eastside, or you'll be in a world of shit.

OR You could always come to my house and play battlefield. :rotflmao:
