Carnations instant breakfast, sleu of vitamins, coffee (creme and brown sugar--black is disgusting :p ) 3 peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, slice of ham, carrot, half a banana and a spluge of liverwurst (I poke a hole in those tightly packed plastic rolls and get a kick out of squirting it into my mouth.

I had Capn Crunch for breakfast and we went to Perkins pancake house for dinner. I had Pigs in a blanket and bacon. I've been eating breakfast all day.

M'doctor gonna yell at me next time I bloodtest. I'm not the brightest of diabetics.
