that's horrible
What do these people think they're going to accomplish? It's just making their situation worse, especially when news of a head being found makes international news

Are they going to give the head back to his family to be reburied with his body or something? I'm not up to code about procedure for burying a head seperately from the body.
IMO I thin kit is important for them to give hte head to his family to decide what to do with it, ceremate, bury close to his body, exume his body put the head back on and rebury him

I think it would be nice if they could somehow sew the head back with the body and make the body up real good for the funeral so that the family could see their main in his sunday's best for the funeral.
Not to change the subject too much, but I do agree they should return the head to his family. However, I really think funerals are misguided. They try their best to make a dead person look alive and put them on display. Rarely do these corpses look alive or natural. The viewing or wake was historically a waiting period to make sure the dead person was really dead before you buried them. When I die, there will be no viewing, just cremation and some sort of memorial ceremony with ashes and no corpse.
I really dislike the American way of death. (Yes, I know it is a book title).

It is unidentified but it may be his. Those poor souls. I agree with Tommy Boy. It is unbelievable that someone can do this to another human.
Sadly though, this is just a small example of what humans are capable of as history shows. Even currently, look as the genocide in the Congo and Sudan.

thanks to Spirit of Me for the sig!
