Admin abuse?

The admins are always banning me for no reason

well i think most admins are doing a good job but not all admins do all the time.
I been a regular for some time and been playing the way I've always played but all the sudden now I've become a rule breaker? after almost a year total on the server and a few years off and on I get 2 admonishments in less than a week.
1 for tk'ing, I get the global spacealien watch your ff after 2 tk's. 1 tk was accidental the other was some fool ran in front of me and actually tried to run through me when i was flaming the upper base from the trench steps pointing the flame upward...foolish but i get globally admonished for that.
the other it's sniping from the floor in the radio room, now i never heard of that being a problem - i was no where near the door- and would have responded well to a pm saying that spot is frowned upon for sniping from but no pm. ok, i shot a couple players in the ass but no tk and i didn't shoot them on purpose. 9 out of 10 enemy never made it up the ladder to the upper base so i figured a couple shots in the ass was a small price, i mean i been shot in the ass by snipers and it wasn't on purpose.
Ok, so I feel i deserved a pm instead of the public showing twice..."hey, look spacealien is getting in trouble, look he's been kicked to spec and yelled at". I just felt in my gut that a pm would be more appropreate since i respect the server and the peeps on it I would have stopped what ever i was doing that was concidered a problem but i guess i was needed to be made an example of.
Anyway, I pm'ed the admin which he can tell you who he is if he wishes, and calmly expressed to him that i thought he was putting too much pressure on me and that he was making me feel uncomfortable on the server....said nicely and in a pm.....
...and he told me then that I should go find another server.
I'm not better than anyone else but i figured with my record i deserved at least a pm giving me a heads up. I was going to be ok with the admonishments, but telling me i should find another server then after the time i been there and the friends i made was just a kick in the face. I said he was making it hard to have fun, his answer was for me to find a new server...pretty clever with us both knowing beach 24/7 is the best server out there.
well I took the advice and am looking for another server because with that attitude I know now that will never be allowed to play on ecgn in peace without the threat of a kick due to some noob complaining about somthing i did.
so a sad ending for me that i'm sure can be explained away as whinning but don't say pm's are the way to go because they are not and the power an admin has over you means that in the end or in a pinch that they are right and you are wrong.
