Go to run. Type in sfc. Check all of the system for corruption,
deleted or possibly changed dll or sys files. Check windows/
system/ config.sys. Is it there? SFC also has a restore one
system file function. If you try to restore corrupted or deleted
system or dll files, go to windows web sight and check the
revision date. Disk file may be obsolete. Windows site or link
may have most recent file copy. Otherwise, restore windows
and make a BACKUP or IMAGE once system is updated and
ready to go. Save yourself from the aggrevation.
