I dont think it is safe to work on a garden right below a chainsaw....just my thoughts.

If he read all the signs on the ladder he might not have fallen...now they will have to put a danger do not prune with chains saw on top step while wife is planting flowers sign on all the ladders

yea and the manufacturer of the ladder will be sued for millions for not thinking of this already and having those signs posted.
