Daily pick up/cleaning of exterior community grounds. Housekeeping duties for all community public areas which may include all or some of the following: offices, clubhouse, swimming pool, laundry facilities, public rest rooms, etc. Housekeeping duties involved with the turnover of apartments for new residents. Interior painting of apartments. Performance of miscellaneous housekeeping/maintenance tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

In ten years that will be a janitors salary in California. You may want to add another zero just to be safe

Don't feel bad. My best job offer in the last two months is asst manager training at Burger King which I might end up taking at a whopping 7.20/hr. Glad to see my Bachelors in Computer Science is serving a good purpose.
