sorry for the bump here, but when I am trying to do this, do I need to use Daemon first and then Alcohol, or vice versa?

and the errors are OK...is that what you mean?

I started and got a lot of errors!

Just let the errors run their course. It should give you a working image that you can mount onto a virtual drive. Make sure you have the proper copy protection selected though. And, you only need to use Alcohol.

I even use the virtual cds to reinstall the games when needed.

thanks man, I will try this again.

On another note, I have accidentally created a drive that I cannot delete now. How do I delete this virtual drive?

you don't need daemon tools if using alcohol 120.

what program did you install to create it? And why do you want to delete it since that's what is needed to start the game using an image.

If you used Demon Tools right click it, select Virtual CD-DVD Rom--->Set number of devices---->disable

Or Goto your control panel and Remove Hardware, Uninstall the Emulated drives, which should be called Generic CD/DVD-Rom, and Generic DVD-Rom. Just double check to make sure it isn't your real CD drive.
