Oh and the tax payers of NJ will foot the Govs legal bills and the payoff to make it go away, and of course the cost of favors that will get him employed when he leaves office.....NJ and you perfect together!

Oh really? Wait until the scandals start coming out of the woodwork hehe.

I wonder what his wife thought when she found out about this all. No doubt it has to be a double kick when you realize he had to hold a press conference and everything. Poor her.

I am sure she knew he was gay. How could she not?

Anyway, I don't care what his sexual orientation is. I am glad he is gone because of the mess he made with the state. He raised taxes more than Jim Florio did, and he created more fees, surcharges, and costs for all businesses in NJ. And that means less businesses in NJ will create jobs. He was a self-serving bufoon who blatantly ripped off the people and the state. He deserves the FBI corruption investigations that will unfortunately take a back seat to the fact that he is gay.

Also, if a public official can betray his/her own spouse, they will think nothing of betraying the people.

"that will unfortunately take a back seat to the fact that he is gay"

I always knew Face had some issues. He was the gay guy on the A-Team that had all the sexual conquests to cover up the fact that he was a closet homosexual.

DING DING DING! Ladies and gentleman we have a winner!

I saw this post the other day and refrained from responding because I am sure my statements will either directly lead to a :lock: or someones response to my post will.

I was sitting with my mother last night and she was watching MSNBC. When this broke across the screen on MSNBC my Mom (She is June Cleaver! the perfect American mom) said "He's just using being a homosexual to cover for his wrongdoing"

I stopped at the coffee shop on the way into work this morning and the front page of USA Today had a HUGE color picture of this moron and a large caption that read "I AM A GAY AMERICAN" Nothing about the fact that this guy is a lying cheating pandering scumbag. No! its important that he had the Honesty! NO! The INTEGRITY! to come and say he was gay!

This is quite frankly pathetic.

You can be all "PC" and "inclusive" but the fact remains many Americans feel that homosexuality is wrong.

http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&e=1&u=/nm/20040812/ts_nm/rights_gays_marriage_dc

They even mention in this story how the state had a ballot referendum and the majority voted against it.

So this schmuck hires a guy he wants to cheat on his spouse with, a foreign national? who has absolutely no qualifications whatsoever! to a 110,000 TAXPAYERS dollar a year job to protect the TAXPAYERS from terrorism. He gets so much flak he is forced to fire the guy. And then tries to use his influence to get him another job somewhere else that will set him up so they can continue their illicit lovelife.

The ONLY reason this jerkoff who has raised fees and taxes to astronomical levels comes out and admits he is gay is to avoid a sexual harrassment lawsuit from his former lover/target.

But thats not the worst part. No no not even close. This criminal sets his resignation date to November 15th. New Jersey state law says that if the governor resigns more than 60 days prior to a general election the Governship is up for grabs on the next general electorial ballot.

By cleverly setting his date til Nov 15th he gets to keep the governorship in his parties hands AND THE VOTING PEOPLE HAVE NO SAY IN THE DECISION OF WHO THEIR NEXT GOVERNOR WIL BE!

Whatever happened to "..government by the people, for the people..." Does anyone even know where that comes from? I guess you schmuckatelli's in New Jersey aren't even competent enough to decide who your next state leader is going to be.

Now as far as him having an affair outside his marriage I have a hard time seeing how that could be a political issue at all. We already know cheating on your spouse is acceptable to democrats/liberals. Hell I bet they would accept that you did it in the Oval Office with a cigar.

And as long as I am going to get this thread locked I have to mention this. I keep hearing left leaning people (read Kerry supporters) talking about how he was a WAR HERO! He served! They can't even find Bush's records!

I just can't seem to reconcile this with those very same people who were proclaiming that Clinton's draft dodging was A-OK! with them and the fact that Bob Dole was crippled for life fighting WWII was unimportant.

Those damn annoying facts! How dare you use the truth! We are talking about believers! Truth and honesty have nothing to do with it! To hell with moral and ethical consistency!

Why is it hard for some of you to just not post(rant) about politics?

And another thing... YOU'RE MOM'S FAT! AND YOU STINK!!!!

I like the part when you left the whole course of the thread to throw in your opinions and cleverly label your opinions as fact. Not every democrat believes that infidelity is right... but some of us have the obligation to vote for which party better serves us.

THread was about a gay governer who ripped off his people, bent rules to his favor to keep the govenership in the power of his party. I'd expect a Republican Gov. to do the same damn thing.
