aim for the head
set m_pitch 0.0151 and m_yaw 0.151 (or 0.022).
Find the right sensitivity, where you think your aim is steady (mine is 1.75).
How to aim: Hold your crosshair at any time at the height of somebody's head.
Example: You are in the Basement. There stands a teammate next to you. Use your teammates head, to know where to put your crosshair.
In other maps like Ice: use the boxes. The top of the box is almost at the same height as a head (usefull!).
Also make sure that when you are in the middle of a combat, not to move your crosshair to much to the left and right. You loose contact with your enemy, and it's hard to hit him. Instead use your moveleft-and right keys to track your opponent. And don't forget to keep your crosshair steady:)
Well...that's about it. Good luck.

lol am... totally true. Crap's nades always seem to find me... even if im out on the beach....
I've found using hitsound helps me... it might seem noobish but whatever. I'm too lazy to aim for the head so hitsound really helps when you have to unload 40 rounds into the torso for a kill.
