easy and free
You need two programs minimum, both free:
CloneAD to rip the DVD and DVD2AVI to strip out your particular audio track.
http://www.clonead.co.uk/
http://arbor.ee.ntu.edu.tw/%7Ejackei/dvd2avi/
You'll also need Microsoft .net framework (run time files needed to run any MS .net application)
I'll try to find the basic instructions, I used to be pretty good at this but I have since forgotten most details.
I do remember this, after using clonead to rip the dvd into .vob files, use DV2AVI, select which audio track to output, which format to output it in. Also, ripping the DVD does automatically create an .AC3 file that can also be used directly.
