The server isnt shutdown moron. You just cant ping it cause your blocked on the firewall.

I was PM'ed as soon as I connected by a player named kman. This is not a name I recognize. This person talked to me as if they knew me..... if your going to talk with me like I know you, please identify yourself.

This person asked me if I was an admin... I said no, and he said good. Next thing I know, it said

So, I had no clue what was going on.

Where's the beef unban? If you really dislike the admins here so much all you have to do is play somewhere else, there is no shortage of other servers. If you had legitimate grievance you could have pleaded you case in the forums or in pms plenty of people have had their bans removed becuse the asked nicely (like me for example). Acting like this just makes you look like a child who is sulking because he had his wrist slapped, it's unproductive and it's malicious.

I guess what I'm saying is if you have an argument to make just make it, don't lower yourself (and innocents like majoorpain) by using these terror tactics and still expect to be able to act like you are in the right.

I too noticed while in console that Keekanoo was kicked. I dont know how he managed to pull of kicking admins....Whether he got rcon or w/e...but good riddance. Thank Mmmgoood for steppin in and clearin the mess up and also for bringin the good news.

As mentioned, if you have a beef with your ban, bring it up in the 'Been Banned' thread. If the matter isn't resolved to your satisfaction there, move on to another server.

What exactly would unbanning all the Hall of Fame Tards accomplish anyway? The Beach would devolve into a tk-fest blocking/spamming nightmare.

I knew Starscream was kind of crazy but not this crazy. Bad way to get your point across btw. Words on the forum are one thing but actions like this do nothing but cause even more problems.

At times like this I wonder if his playing life would have been different if I had taken him under my wing. I think I could have turned him around and made him a somewhat decent man like I did woot, ghost, and nofx. So many cries for help went unnoticed by me. So many lost opportunities. O and BTW mmmgood, remember to change the rcon password once in a while! better yet make it 100 digits long of random numbers and letters. Lets see unix has 62 per charcter space so 62^100=a really big number.
