RCON command help

Does anyone know rcon commands or know how i can get ahold of them? I know basic ones, but I'd like to get a complete list. Thx guys

ehhhdon't forget you need a program that will let you connect to use the rcon.

/rcon for beach is /rcon password Ilovelimits

do this from console and you'll get the limits that are ever so important on the beach server
