Political Threads

Ahem! ... Yes... well... hmmm

What to say.

I must a certain enjoyment in posting on those political threads. I believe that I flamed a time or time but would like to think that was aimed more towards blind "Well my side is always right!" than any refutation of fact. In fact I believe several times I gave a "I did not know that", or adjust my opinion based off of information provided by others.

BUTT! (and thats a big butt!) The guys who OWN this awesome company, the guys who allow me to play FREE on their well adminned server that is above par, using FREE TS to talk to the other players, the guys who do a damn good JOB with the company they OWN, have decided it is not in the best interest of their company (You know, the one that allows them to make a living?)

I'm having a hard time finding a problem with that.

Not that I won't take a shot or two if the opportunity presents itself:D

P.S. It was either post the above or a screaming rant like "DON"T MAKE ME EXCERSIZE MY SECOND AMMENDMENT RIGHTS TO PROTECT MY FIRST AMMENDMENT RIGHTS MAN!!!! I had a good idea where that would get me:D

Ryan is right.

Although I dislike seeing threads being locked, a line has to be drawn. Nothing good ever came out of those discussions and most of the threads starters were only baiting anyway.

There is more than enough hate and anger in the world today, we don't have to contribute our share.

There is no way in hell they should be allowed. Everytime these threads are made it turns in to a petty mudslingin' fest. Plus there is no one with enough time on their hands to sit here and baby sit the morons who are the problem in these threads. Lastly i don't know anyone who really wants to do it. Political threads = B7

I personally like reading the political threads for the endless ranting that some of the members type in. I could care less if they are allowed or not since it is not my place, but if they were to continue, I would place a restriction on peeps giving personal experiences with it. If someone says we should be at war with Iraq......that is fine to me. Its not until some retard gets on the thread and rips that person, saying "my friend died in Iraq" or in some other war. I could live without the personal stuff. If i wanted to hear personal stuff i would tune in at 4:00pm to see what Oprah was talking about.

Either way.......basically I dont care if they stay or if they go go.
