Many in thier zeal to help were exposed, dust masks, protective suits would be a hassle to wear in the very begining, with all the climbing/squeezing through tight spaces.

there wasnt a respirator available in any of the 3 home depots i went to 2 days after 9-11 cause they were all sent to the site.

these guys all worked New York constrution for many yrs and its common practice to use at the very least a dust mask.

no dought cause of the round the clock working without regard to thier own safety this is the end result. dont believe for a minute that the gear wasnt available.

The lawyers got involved, and there you have it common opportunism at its finest.

I tell ya Sav... I'm heading to law school in a bit and am on my way towards being a lawyer. I gotta say, there are a lot of dicks out there, sometimes makes me question the profession. But there are those legal advisors out there who actually do a good job for other people, not enough of them I must say, hopefully I'll make one more for the good team.
