"I'm not entirely sure what would happen if you crashed at 200 miles per hour," Swanson said. "But it wouldn't be pretty, that's for sure."

I can pretty much predict where you'd end up...

"Put him in body bag Johnny".

Karate Kid

That is exactly where he would be. Even if he was wearing protective gear (Helmet, jacket...etc), he would die for sure. But, like I say, You're only young once.

Ouch!

That's what an 8 billion dollar ticket. I still think police setting up speed traps and such is dirty and should be illegal.

Imagine if it was a work zone. :P

Cmon, you guys are pessimists! It's Minnesota!! He could could crash and land on a road that completely covered in thick layer of ice !! In that case, he's be fine as long as he's wearing pants, otherwise he'd get a nasty case of frostbite.

I think I read the record here in Atlanta was 152mph on 285. Again... a sportbike. Love those things.

On 285? Guy was fuckin crazy with all those trucks... I keep seeing big groups of sport bikes in 75 north through the city buzzing past me in the hov lane... Its kinda freaky beacuse you dont know thier thier until they fly past.

One time we were on the bus coming back from a trip, it must have been about 11:00 at night. This guy comes riding up next to the motor coach on a bike. I think he was us all looking at him, and all of a sudden he starts doing tricks. He got his whole body out of the seat at like 75 miles and hour, it was crazy!!!

Yeah Deathbob.. tons of guys heading up to the mountains. They just opened a Ducati/Triumph/Aprillia deal here on Windward too.

I see guys all the time zooming by at 100+ on the downtown connector with their woman on the back... they guys are going to end up smeared from midtown to downtown. I love speed and have had sport bikes myself.. but don't do that crap with a passenger or in town (or both). I think I read this in a newspaper article a couple years ago. Tons of crazy sport bike readers around Atlanta.
