oh and why is hitsound , looked down upon?
this is used in competition and actually the version on the beach dosnt even give a different sound when u tag someones head.

As far as I am aware the only people who's sound hitsound affects is you yourself and anyone who is speccing you. Spamming vsay on the other hand fucks with everybodies sound and is damned irritating especialy for those with less powerful computers (like me 
). IMO !mute is little more than a warning anyway, you can still play you just can't chat. If it really bnothers you just disconnect and reconnect and you'll be able to speak again. Be warned though if you come back to cause trouble or pick up where you left off you will probably get muted again or kicked.
