Server Disconnected For Unknown Reasons...

Hello Friends,

I hope everyone is having a Happy Holidays.

I seem to be having trouble logging in again.

I first thought the server was down but I saw the server had players listed on it. I have tried to log in about 10 times but I kept getting the error "Server disconnected for unknown reason". And one time I received a prompt saying I was kicked by the Punkbuster Admin. I don't have or had any hacks installed at all. I have even played a few times today just fine.

Is there something I need to do or...?

Yes I did change my name to eYE_k@Nt_sP3LL for a short time but what is wrong with that...? Are you saying that I had one installed ... yesterday...? Or the previous week...? I would like to see support for that. Does this relate to the problem I was having a few weeks ago or does this relate to yesterday...? The reason I ask is I simply do not have anything installed... I have installed the game/uninstalled the game several times and since the last episode, I have even formatted. I would like to narrow down the source... so if you don't mind... please explain this a little further...

Is there anything else I could have installed to cause this.... any spyware etc...?

Nothing is wrong with the name, but Punkbuster caught you using a Wallhack /Aimbot a few weeks ago. Your IP and GUID were verified. You were banned from server because of this.

Playing dumb/denying the fact is pointless.

Yes... my name was inspired by yours.

My previous name was not Goblin, it was Scorned. I think you might remember it... we have talked a few times...back when I used that name.

MAN-AT-ARMS,

So this was related to a few weeks ago...? I was let back in... why was I banned again... you made it sound as I still had a wallhack installed... after several installs and uninstalls of the game and even a format. I hope you can understand my concern. I am trying to narrow down if I installed something or someone (friends) did something creative to my machine. I don't know... the only thing I can bring to point is look at my gameplay. I suck! LOL I, all of the sudden, did not gain any miracle powers or was able to start killing people in 2-3 shots using a Thompson while shooting across the entire Beach or was able to start jumping over walls. However, I have been able to see this happening more and more to myself... anyways...

Can I be let back on the server or not...? And... do you see any evidence of this wallhack installed now...? I need to narrow down the source of this being on my machine.

Just a bit more info... I am a programmer myself... I hangout with a few "pranksters", myself included, so I know how easy it is to unpack a EXE and repackage it with another installer and along with other files and also changing file names. My Brethren (and they know I play Wolf) and myself are always exchanging EXEs to show our latest and greatest.

What the heck is your problem with me =DocTrebor=...? This sounds like some sort of a personal vendetta.
I was banned weeks ago over this and I made a post on this forum about it and I was let back in... the ban was lifted after a day...and now weeks pass by and you ban me a second time over the same problem that happened weeks ago... why did you let me back in a second time... I really don't understand this. This is such a small thing and you're making it seem like some felony was committed.

In your ban section of the forum you make mention of talking about the problems of sorting things out and that is what I have been trying to do...? Don't you think your action it's a bit zealous ...? To me this seemed like no big deal and this won't happen again... I can make sure of that... the main reason I have followed up on this is that I thought a bunch of the guys on this server were fun to play with.... I've seen guys TK non stop without anything like this happeneing... what your problem...?

What? Are you saying that they infected you with a hack as a joke? You really shouldn't have included that paragraph in your post because it is not very believable.

Here is what probably happened. You played on the server before and were fine. Then one day, you got some type of hack from somewhere and wanted to try it out to see what it is like. Punkbuster caught and banned you. You took off the cheat and were unbanned. A few weeks later you got banned again by an admin who thought you were cheating a second time.

If the above is true, you should be unbanned. You should be unbanned because I doubt any of the admins now know what to look for when they think a player is cheating.

-No, just because a player looks at a wall does not mean they are hacking.
-No, just because a player looks at the ground does not mean they have a wallhack.
-No, just because a player kills you over and over does not mean they have an aimbot.

Good luck on getting yourself unbanned.

heres an idea
if you love the server so much and you should just go out and buy a new game for $15. its obvious that your lying and that were hacking and im pretty sure that neither trebor nor maa are going to unban you. if you get a new game you can start a clean slate here so long as you dont reveal your old identity. stop slinging shit around and get your act together.

Slinging shit SkiloDog2000...? LOL I will take your advice on getting a new game... but yes.. the server does mean something to me because the guys on their have been quite cool. But banning me a second time on something so trivial is ridiculous to me. To me this is a personal dig. Why, I don't know. Why did this pass over as it should have the first and then dug up weeks later and slung in my face again...? It sounds personal to me.

You hit the nail on the head Skilo. Take his advice Fleas and come back to the server with a new name and forget all this ever happened.
