As for your tips... i can guess a few:

start bashing admins, and then when clan members get pissed you *sniff* boo-hoo away and leave a message on their forums "I'm Sooooooowwwwwy, i dont deserve to be in your clan anymore more" *sniff*

come back a few months later after everyone fucking knows you change your name to some lame ass name and say the same stupid shit as you did before and then say

supprise!
