sorry if a came off angry i didnt mean to sound that way.Some Dr's state bypass surgery is a "cure" what they mean is that it helps ur diabetes enough so medication wont be required but diet and exercise still has to be done. Though good news might be coming out for people who have strong diabetic backgrounds. Just read a report that in Europe a nordic drug maker is testing a vaccine (didnt think it was possible) to prevent type 2 diabetes.

Also a Dr in LA is expermenting with injecting beta cells into the pancreas (maker of insulin) to help cure type 1 diabetes. I just wished they had came out with a cure before i was diagnosed. I miss sweets and liquor:(
