Oh and for the record 3 countries doesn't a world series make...

Actually basketball is pretty much played worldwide and its getting more popular. Do you know why? Because its fun and cheap to play... much like soccer, and that is why it is played worldwide. American football is too expensive to be set up worldwide unless theres considerable interest.

Real football? If our boys were to play that "no padding" game, they would vurtually kill each other. I assume you are talking about soccer, where if any contact is made between players, those estrogen-laiden pretty boys act as if they are dying. Just once, I would like to see one of those ballet dancer wannabees go up for a bicycle kick, and get a helmet right between the shoulder blades.

Yeah no one plays baseball all over the world, maybe just in Asia, Australia, South America, Central America North America and i hear some penguins on Antartica have discovered the sport as well... that only leaves Yurop who doesn't play biesbol.

Football players are waaaaay faster/stronger than rugby players. I've seen rugby on ESPN 2, those guys are a bunch of beer swilling slugs, they couldn't hold the jock of any NFL wideout.

I remember reading an article in Sports Illustrated about these Rugby players across the pond somewhere, all bragging about drinking a 12-pack and then playing rugby. Ya right, those guys have talent.
