I wonder how it got broken up. I doubt this kid complained. Ten bucks says he bragged, and one of his fellow female classmates ratted him out. If it was a boy classmate that ratted him out, I hope that kid receives daily beatings from the student body until he graduates. I know it's a double standard, but it is what it is.

And yes, the guy who ratted the kid out deserves to get his ass kicked for sure...and it just goes to show you that if you are banging your teacher, keep your mouth shut about it and enjoy the ride...your buddies will always squeal you out!

They need to get that 13 year old boy in counseling right away. Not sexual counseling, but grief counseling. They showed the teacher on the news, and man she is hot. I thought it was Britany Spears, no shit.

I have to agree with tommy boy. This kid needs to learn from the past. Never tell your buddies you are boning the PE teacher. First off, they wont believe you, and if they do, then they will tell every person at that school. If you ask me I think the teacher should skip prison, keep her job, and get a raise. The 13 year old is to blame. They should hang him from the school auditorium to let the world know what happens to little shitheads who ruin something that priceless.........JESUS! If I were to bang this woman when I was 13 and I told my parents about it, my dad would hug me and say "Son...there comes a day when a boy becomes a man..."

Things are really simple here:

1. The kid who she slept with needs to say "No, we never had sex. She made me run laps in the gym and we went in the office to check my times"

2. Once the case is dismissed, blackmail her with a civil suit if she doesn't have MORE sex with him.
