It's not a bad looking car, but it has that "I broke my hood so I picked one up at the junkyard" paint scheme that's so often associated with us Rednecks down South. I'm hopeful that they all aren't painted like that.
It appears to be targeted to young hipsters, if so, it should sell well.
Incidentally, I bought my first Honda in Jan (a minivan) and I do agree that, in general, they are well made.

Nothing to see here...
Ford?
I liked my 91 351 Bronco but it rattled so bad I left parts behind me as I drove.

I use to have 87 ford Bronco when i was in high school. Lived near the Sierras man that truck could tear through those mountains with ease. Hit a car once and the only dent i had was the bumber. The other car was smashed in quite a bit in the rear.

true
its mostly an a b thing
my dads a mason, hees had the same f150 for 10 years
at times he piles around 1ton into it.
this is fairly common
the suspension is nearly perfect, nothing has fallen off and the only thing broken so far has been a windshield, passengers side window(bad automechanic screwed it up while fixing a seal), and three sets of wiper blades. thats my angle.
ive seen toyota trucks crap out after just three years use by local landscapers.

An RSX is an Acura sports car based on the honda civic platform...
You talk about huge cubes and torque, but the modern american car has neither (Save daimler chrysler, but its not really a true american car comapany...).
YOu really cant just call them japanese car companies any more, more models are being designed and built completely in the US such as Toyota's new Avalon model. A japanese car designed and built by americans...

Corvette ZO6 427 (7.0l) and the Mopar Hemi is the same size as the 5.7l the Corvette has come with since 1969.
