Sir,
Thank you very much for taking such a firm stand on this case.
I believe that by doing this you are finally showing that drugs are slowly creeping their way into our court systems.

My reply to Jack's reply:

Well I have played all the GTA titles, all the BF titles, Halo 1 & 2, Doom 1-3, Hit Man 1 & 2, Half-life 1 & 2, and other shooters without ever killing anyone. I was raised by a single mother in the 70’s who left me alone with the TV and Atari quite often and I can still tell the difference between games and reality. I was taught how to use guns from an early age and I still have never killed anyone. Hitler and Stalin never played video games, watched TV, or listened to violent lyrics in music.

Post hoc ergo propter hoc Jack.

Thank you for proving that gamers really have no cognitive abilities in the real world

he never will respond he is only in it for the money. his cut is most likely 20-40% excluding court and counsel time.

I'm surprised Johnny Cochran didn't start this case. He has lawfirms all over down here (or at least his name). I've even seen him in commercials.

You know if that guy would have "trained" a little harder he would have a safe house to go to or gold stars to run through and lost the cops.... amateur!

In all seriousness I am an avid GTA player as well as others, a gun owner (handgun), and the only one I have even thought about shooting was an intruder in my house, the bastard was just too quick….mmmmm need more training…lol

As anyone who has actually shot a gun before, be it a handgun or a rifle or shotgun.., they can attest that a video game is not even close to actually shooting the real thing.
