Nonsense! Watch the unedited copy of it. If people are too chicken shit to help while the kid is getting his ass beat, so be it.

But AFTER the fight, they all look at him on the ground, and turn away, even when the big scary man is gone. No one could have not known what was going on, the pizza shop people are out from behind the counter and the crowd is watching what they do.

People, size does not matter!! There are so many things I could have done to stop that guy from beating the piss out of him. First choice I could have went with was punching him in the throat, which I've known about long before it was posted on here, as my friends are afraid of just 1 of my fingers. Anything to the throat kills. Second, would be his private area. You get a good clean shot and he's down unless he knows how to control the pain of that, which I doubt. Third, the eyes. Ever pop someone good in the eye? Fourth, punch him directly in the nose. I can go on and on, but you get the point.

Jeffro, big whoop your only 130. You may only be 130, but hey you probably have some speed behind you. As long as your quick and coordinated, or learn to be, you can take on lots of people bigger then you.

Nonsense? The people in that video are proof positive. You monitor a situation like that in any town at any time on this planet and 98% of the time you will get the same result.

They knew what was going on. They witnessed it. Do you think your average person cares about that persons well being? You take a snapshot of society and you tell me if what you find is warm and inspirational. That situation as it developed is the end result. As you stated, so be it, and so it is.

I just saw the video. Im sorry, if i were in there, and big dude like that started beating another guys ass, when no body did a thing, i would jump in. Like random said its not the size of the person. It takes like 5lbs of force to break someones knee.(pushing the knee backwards) Someone in there should have picked something up or taken something out of there pockets as a weapon and used it that monster. People like that need to be locked in prison permanently. As for the woman, ahhh well fuck her. Like Chris Rock said....."I wont hit a bitch, but I'll shake the shit out of her."

My nonsense comment was to your remark about most of them not even knowing what was going on and it was over before they got their pizza. I agree with you, people are scared and 99% of the time wouldn't jump in, I'm not arguing that fact.

I was arguing your comment about them not knowing what was going on.

Still very sad that they were too scared to help out during the beating, but even more sad no one attempted to help the poor kid on the ground clearly after the goons had left the shop.

I apologize for not understanding the point you made casus. I watched it again and there is plenty of time for someone to step in, even though it was over after the first punch and the damage was done.

I've heard many comments from people on here stating that, in that situation they would have tried to subdue the attacker, or should I say commence to apply the same beating, because that's what it would have taken if not worse and nothing good would have come from it.

I wish we could wind back time and place each one of you in that situation to see just how it would unfold. I can almost guarantee that about 98% of you would not have engaged the attacker.

98% of you would have helped the man once down, but 98% of you would not have engaged that man. I'm not trying to offend anyone. Most of us in daily life are not prepared for that and would have no idea how to approach that situation other than in awe. Let alone come to those conclusions and actions in a matter of a few minutes in an attempt to help the poor guy.

That type of violence is bordering on mental instability and is a sign of serious problems. In other words it's not the typical water cooler kind of incident. It's horrific and I'm glad the guy made it out ok.

Just because we gave examples of how to stop him by using force doesn't mean there weren't other ways of stopping the big oaf.
