I get that I get forgiven for tks I have never done :?
I had one the other day 'you have been automatically forgiven...' but I checked my stats and had no tks that round

Thats happened to me a couple times as well... I guess that it feels the need to forgive us =P

Some screenshots of my recent bans:
Screenshot #1: Am on allies, I am at top of backstairs on rail and fire panzer to bottom of stairs, 2 teammates in front, 3 come in behind me as I am shooting, I get bumped by a teammate and fire into the railing....
Bannage!!!!
Screenshot #2: Am on allies, come out from ducts, axis are distracted they have just recovered the docs, I move up a bit and panzer into the ceiling killing everyone in the room, but gib 3 teammates in the process, I jump on the the table to get the docs....
Bannage!!!!
Ban #1 is perhaps warranted, Ban #2 kind of sucks --- does the secret ban formula not give any credit to the fact I killed 8 opponents to offset the 3 team gibs (perhaps panzer gibs are overvalued...)
I have also been banned twice like this:
Pull pin on a grenade in a low pressure situation, am tked by a noob teammate, drop live grenade which in turn tks two teammates....
Instant Bannage!!!! (this has happened twice!)
