Quick toolbar question

how can i get a folder i made into a toolbar to dissapear. I dont want the folder icon on my desktop but the toolbar ot stay with programs in it.

Maybe try Right clicking it and looking at what it gives you for options...Or look in your control panel...other than that i dont know much technical stuff...
