?????????????????????? Someone slap me quickly???? Am I really awake? Is this a bad nightmare???? Luni you can't be serious Bro? This doesn't sound like you man?? I don't know You as the type of person that runs away from problems, discussions, etc,..?? In other words it must be something serious. I always considered you as a friend, a great and fair player, a real team mate. What happened mate? I sincerely hope you will review your decission and come back to the Beach or another server. I left the game from time to time too because I was tired of playing it or for other reasons ... but leaving the game forever would be a difficult decission to make for me. Take a break, give it some time but please bro come back......... I and so many others are going to miss you

Well this decision wasn’t really made by me. But it is for the better. I have other things in my life that mean more to my future and me than playing rtcw. I started playing this game because my brother Pain played it and I played it at his house and liked it. After I bought it, it has been a major controversy in my family because my dad is a Vietnam veteran and found the game to be an insult to everything our country has fought for. It has been nearly two years since I first started playing this game. It started as a for fun thing to do. And since then it has turned into an obsession that has some what ruined my way of life. I used to only play for an hour or so, but lately I have been playing for over 10 hours every day. So in retaliation my dad has uninstalled the game from “his” computer. I have no way of reinstalling it because I have some how lost the first of the two cds that download the game.
Also all of you might want to take a step back and think of what you were doing when you were 15? I do have my ways of reinstalling the game but as I said before I have other things in my life that mean more to my future and me than playing rtcw. My dad has already told me that if I want my games back I would have to buy my own computer. And I am obviously not going to do that. RTCW 2 will be here before you know it and I will be back again.
It has been fun.

Hey, if it was impacting your life in a bad way, then stepping back is a good idea. Good luck with whatever you choose as a new hobby!

I remember when I was 15. Thats when I got my first computer. First game I got wars Star Craft....played that a ton. Then got RTCW....played that about the same amount you stated during the summer, roughly 10 hours a day haha. That was two summers ago....did it ruin my life? No. Do I play as much as I did back then, hell no haha. I understand where you are comming from, I got addicted to the games and computer too fast and started doing bad in school. Just go out and enjoy the summer, we'll be here when you get back.

ya, dont play 10 hours a day, thats bad
video games are to help in suppressing boredom, if i have somthing better to do, i dont play.
my other solutions to boredom include soccer, lacrosse, paintball, and who can forget, VOLLEYBALL AND BADMITTEN!!!

Kinda the same story here. I used to play sooooo much but in the last 4-5 months I can easily say I have played about a combined total of 2 hours of wolf/et. Guess I just drifted away from the game. but bf2 makes me wanna come back...

The amazing thing was that during the monthes I was in school, I did what I needed to do in school. And once I was done with my homework I could get on the computer. In spring I played on the high school baseball team, and less time could be spent on the computer. Now it is summer, and I play baseball almost every day, but it's not till later in the day 3, 4, 5 ,6, 7, 8, or even later at night. And what I do before then is just wasted time waiting till then. And I often would be playing on the computer. More than I actually should of...and thats how 10 hours of playing came about. I earned a 3.2 GPA in school, so I don't think school is a factor in this. Also I would play after my games, and often stay up all nightOriginally posted by Rand0m

Good job LUNA, like i told you in my email, if I could trade places with you the LAST thing I would be doing is sitting in front of a computer. It's summer, go out and have fun, soak it up bro.....
And I can burn you a copy of wolf when you are ready to come back...

Even though I haven't seen you in a while except on these forums I hope you have a great summer. I'll be moving onto a new game soon too. Just can't decide which. Sucks your dad uninstalled for you but thats life I guess. It's gonna be awesome when RTCW 2 comes out though, if it ever does....see u then.

See you next week, Lunatic.
