NHL could possibly disband.

Off topic, but don't go too far overboard - after all, we are watching...heh.

Yeah the goal pads would probably help. And limit what other things goalies can wear. Remember Garth Snow when he was with Philadelphia? He used to have those big shoulder pads, now that was just too much.

Giguere wore them too.
Ha, Snow cheated so much, he had those long length pads and the tall chest pad. And he still wasn't very good.

it looked promising right before the deadline for cancelling the season. If Brett Hull were commish we'd have a league and it would be rife with talent and excitement. The league needs to market its star players, contract a few teams and get rid of the nuetral zone trap.

The players need to stop acting like the owners are ripping them off because even the zamboni drivers have a better lifestyle than i ever will.

Remember the good ole days when Cam Neely scored 50 goals in 50 games? Remember when Jeremey Roenick would go end to end and was not molested half way through the neutral zone? Remember when Bob Probert was the goon of the league and hated him and loved him at the same time? Remember when the only team in Cali was the Kings?

Now you got guys playin in the UHL who are 4 line centers in the NHL and they still suck. The product on the ice of the NHL has gotten stale and they should be quick to complete a overhaul of the entire league starting with the CBA but also including the the NHL marketing and the Commish's office.

Gary Bettman knows dick about hockey considering he was David Stern's assistant in the NBA for like 10 years. What they need is me or Brett Hull. A mover and a shaker. I move more than i shake but i still got it;)

The NHL sucks. The people who played in it suck, and the owners suck.
They had something good, and screwed it up because of their greed. Lets all gather around and send malformed ICBM packets at their servers.

I'm beginning to think all the major sport franchises suck because of the amount they get paid and how they act when they got everything.

The NHL is going to be back next season, dont worry about that. In other great news..i was glad to read Forsberg will play next year if the Avs pay him the right price. Probally the best player in the game when he plays, theres no player i like watching more then him. So hopefully someone offeres him the money to keep him from gonig back to Sweden.
