It's becoming an idiom. Someone did a Leeroy Jenkins on me yesterday in a meeting. We had been working on an idea for a couple of weeks and weren't ready to come up with it yet, then the idiot at the meeting mentions it to the client. Now the client wants it but we have no idea if it can work. Getting out of the room, someone said "thanks, Leeroy".
