20 Inch Dell 2005FPW (Widescreen) $389
Got one yesterday and this thing is sick, picture in picture, DVI, Composite and the list goes on. Paid $410 with instant discounts. Deal only last till Monday I believe. Ran BF2 on it last night with no image loss, ghosting or motion blur.

Anandtech did a review of this and the Apple 20 inch Cinema and turns out they both use the exact same LG.Phillips guts, just a different backlight, and the Apple runs around 1,000.

I had the 2005FPW for a week or so, but after replacing it three times I got frustrated and returned it. The colors were great and it was bright, blacks were obviously not CRT caliber but still pretty good for an LCD..
The bleed from the backlight really started to bother me. I had it in all four corners on all three units ( some worse then others).
Just started to annoy me. Of course for $389 I would consider getting it again. It was awesome in WOW and EQ2.
Havoc you have any bleeding on the 24" on a dark screen?

It's a ViewSonic VP191B 19' LCD with an amazing 8ms responce time.

Funny you should mention this monitor, I just ordered it yesterday, It is due at my house this wednesday. I will let you know what I think after I set it up and test it. I will definetly test it with BF2 to see how it handles games.
I also ordered it from Newegg.com, it cost me $459.00 and $12.86 S/H for a total of $471.86

Newegg is the best! I look forward to seeing your opinion on this monitor before I splurge on it myself.

Okay, I've been using the View Sonic VP191b 19" LCD monitor for over a week now and I am very satisfied with it.
I run it in the native resolution of 1280x1024 and windows and photoshop look awsome, I had to turn the brightness down but other than that the colors and the sharpness look great.
My big test was games, as I like to play them, A LOT, and I've been playing BF2 for a week now and have not been disappointed by the monitor at all.
I only wish I could play BF2 in the native resolution of 1280x1024 but it only goes up to 1280x960 and besides, my computer starts to choke when I play games about 1024x768 (which is what I'm playing BF2 with). I also turn off anti-alias as it also slows down my computer a good bit.
overall, I am very satisfied with this monitor. My only complaint now is that I wish I had two of them

I can't say I've noticed any bleeding. To date I haven't ahd an issue or a complaint.
