Weight?

Off topic, but don't go too far overboard - after all, we are watching...heh.

60-65% of Americans are overweight, where do you stand?

For option 2, maybe others here can give you pointers if wanted.

My BMI is 22.2.

The BMI measurement is not without it faults. Since muscle weighs more than fat a very muscular person with very low body fat would have a high BMI.

I am overweight but as Jim says, muscle weighs more than fat. Not only that, but you can pack on muscle mass just like fat mass. I used to be extremely muscular with very low body fat but after hurting my back several years ago, I have gained fat and lost muscle. My BMI says I'm obese unfortunately. However, a Dr. I saw a few months ago said I definitely wasn't. I am however still overweight and could definitely stand to lose some fat.

Healthy and happy! Doesn't really matter what I do or what I eat, I always weigh 160 pounds or right around it.

Glad to hear Qrazy! Keep up the good work man. That's a lot of weight to lose, you must be proud. Just curious, whats your target weight goal?

Workin hard to get the extra off.

I get up for a 1 hour workout (boot camp style) m-th at 5:30am.

Been on it for 6 months and have lost ~25 lbs. Would be more, but I have not been eating like I should.

Went from doing 25 pushups on my knees (in 60 sec) to where I can now do 100 normal (in 60 sec).

thats nuts! deffinitely sounds like boot camp style haha. Getting a membership to the gym this winter with my brother, who is finishing up his 4 years with the Marines in about a week. So he'll get my ass ready for the Police Academy, which shouldnt be too hard. :)

I chose other. 5-10 150lbs. I am a little under weight. I don't have a wife to feed me. To lazy to cook. People who wanna lose weight should live with me and let me do the food shopping. I live of pb and j and cereal. Actually I go food shopping and eat like a king for two or three days then go back to pb and j for a few days. I call it my cave man diet. Like a cave man would kill something and eat good for a bit. Then have to live off berries and roots untill they kill again.
