Hi, sorry for the problem. I found a ban that matches your GUID, we are looking into why it's there.

You need to make sure it is your cd key file in the rtcw key file. That will probably fix it...

That happened to me and as you can see the default key it gave me exactly matches the one that you posted so that must be your problem...
