Well, you can split hydrogen apart from the oxygen in water using electricity, and run cars on hydrogen. Just need the source of electricity....solar, wind, hydro, nuclear.
But to hold really good amounts of hydrogen, it's best to have it in it's liquid form, unfortunately you have to have it a quite a cold temperature for that.

simplicity is best. don't want some complicated thing with lots of parts that can break. wait, we already have that! still say electricty. cars will be computerized and put on magnetic tracks and drivin to where you want to go. or some type of street that pulls the car on its own.

I've heard of and seen that being used before. I wonder if it will be used all over in the future.

Well, since I just came from the future, I can tell you for certain that time travel will be possible.

It is possible with regression but time travel in a more physical sense would be awesome. Wow, can't wait if that were to ever happen.

I would also like to be able to teleport. To arrive at any particular destination in the world with just a touch of a switch. That would definitely save me some time.:)

Time travel is soooo easy. Drink an entire bottle of Nyquil. Poof! You will regain consciousness, and find that you have been transported about 24+ hours into the Future!!!
It works!

Good call on the paper currency. Switching over to 100% online is good bet. Maybe not even carrying a credit/debit card. Maybe just using our thumbprint on a scanner or something.
Also, has anyone else noticed more and more supermarkets switching over to that system where you ring yourself up at the cash register, no register operator involved?
This was already discussed 2005 years ago. There wiil be civil war here before this happens

No paper currency, thumbprint scanners, or ringing yourself up at supermarkets? Which one was discussed 2005 years ago and was determined that it would cause a civil war?

cavalierlwt: let me say im sorry to contradict some of your predictions and not trying to act like a bigshot or anything , were all friends here, lol, but i felt you were grossly un-informed on the housing issue since im in the trade and most everything you mentioned is or has been done.
U. S. Paper currency is technically backed up by gold in U.S. reserve banks(Like in die-hard 2),Fort Knox and such, where as all /On line\ would be the honor system, would'nt it? Thumb print scanners,,instead of criminals taking your credit card or $100 bill LOL, they will take your finger, you cant hide your finger , which would lead to a soulition of some sort of surgically implanted device, which is seen as a biblical prophecy by Christians which is majority % in states i believe, sry 4 long post, BACK TO THE FUTURE
