Wierd FEAR bug

I had a really wierd bug happen to me. 2 of them infact.
The first bug I think is just a memory leak, it keeps making me reload the same map over and over until performance just dies.
The second bug is one hella freaky.
If you hit someone in FEAR in the head, your guy yells HEADSHOT! and it displays you killed so and so with a headshot. (Instant kill)
I hit someone in the head and it displayed I killed them, but he kept running around me shooting! So then 2 or 3 seconds later it said HE killed me with his 10mm or assultrifle whatever he was using. Later on in the match it displayed he was killed again but this time he died.
What the fuck is going on.

huh, this is confusing, and the military more commonly uses 5.56 mm assault rifles such as the M16A2. Anywho, that's weird, but on the cool side your guy says "headshot!"
