Apparently Tommy Boy lives in the river in front of the Canadian parliament. I'm sure it means something, but I don't know what.

Massachusetts authorities are struggling to solve the rash of serial killings which have taken place recently. The head of FBI confirmed the killings as being linked by one grisly clue: at each crime scene, written in the victims own blood, was 'Boom, Headshot!'
In a stunning twist, the alleged killer himself left a cryptic message on the FBI's crime hotline, stating "There's no lag so these bitches have no more excuses". The unidentified man went on to say that he was a gamer, part of a vast East Coast network, and not just some random killer.
The FBI had no comment other than "We're obviously dealing with a very disturbed individual"
