Steph, was at work and had to respond to Herr Renz quickly. The statement that I was trying to make was that the title of this live braodcast from this former iraqi lady was "this is why we fight". I am in complete and 100% support of our current action in iraq.
Renz the point to make is that the situatution in iraq is terrible and for what ever of many reasons you want to pick (terrorist threat, brutal dictator, weapons of mass destruction, or simply UN violations) we will do what is necessary for our best interest and the best interest of people.
Do you think that the freedom and the liberty you enjoy came without a price. People were killed and killed people that you enjoy the life you do. Both quality of life and the liberty to seek your own information to draw whatever conclusion you may is guarenteed by those who fought for those rights. Do you not think it fair that others have the same freedom?

Renz,
Do not know picture you have of America, but there are no folks that I am aware of sleeping under a bridge near my home. Sad that this is the type of picture you have of the US. Ever wonder why so many people from all over the world come to the US. It actually is a nice place. Maybe you'll see it some day and think back to this moment and realize that you need get out a little more often. No place is perfect, but I have traveled a good bit and we have a nice country. Lots of land!

be sure there are people there... just like they are in belgium... but that's mostly because we don't have much land or room... but still that doesn't mean for those people that they would rather have to die... i think its rediculouse to say that it isn't bad you kill iraqi people cause they have allready a bad life...
OH, I get it crawl in a shell and close you eyes and pretend that there is nothing bad going on in iraq. The people are fine, a little torture and murder never hurt anyone, and lets pretend that this sadam guy wants peace on earth and these chemical/biological complexes are really doing cancer research.
