Well shit, I have the problem that a ton of people are having. Won't freakign play, seems to be an ATI related problem.
It will either be a patch to the game or an ATI hotfix to get it working, it seems.

There is a rather big problem. looks like something is overwriting a DirectX file to an older one causing problems. firaxis is working on it.

Seems to be workign for about everyone. I will know shortly after 8 tonight when I get home. If it does, I will finally have something to take me away from my love of hardcore shemale internet porn for days at a time(bf2 only can keep me away for about 2 hours). Yup, chicks with dicks, best of both worlds!!
