Im a saw fanboy so you can guess my reaction.

How you'll receive it, depends on what you thought of the first, what parts you liked of it, didnt, etc.

In 2, theres definetly MORE blood....LOADS of it. I love it. Im all about realistic looking blood in films. Acting, also very improved over the end of Saw one ala Cary Elwes "OH GODDD, WHY MEEEEEEE!" -- terrible actin that made the audience laugh.
You now get to learn the WHOLE background of what made Jigsaw start this shit, and it kind of loops around to show what happened at the end of Saw 1.
Its a very predictable "twist", but the other twists included fit in nicely.

Overall...I loved it, even though it was on a slightly different page than Saw 1.

I know alot of people will disagree with me since ALOT of people disliked the movie also.

Just saw it tonight finally. lol

short and sweet, AWESOME MOVIE!!

Very good effects and for the most part, very very realistic. Blood, blood, and more blood. It just keeps coming. :P Well, by the looks of it, my prediction is that there is definitly going to be a Saw III. Detective Matthews will wake up in the room that he was in at the end of Saw II, and the movie will start out just like Saw I. Amanda will run the show since it looks like Jigsaw is uncapable. lol, well that's my prediction. We'll see if it's right.
