Holy shit my wife went x-mas shopping

Postby Slaughter2 » Tue Dec 06, 2005 7:09 pm

So before she goes she asks to borrow my check book, because like always we buy for about 20 people a year, this year is special tho, because its our babies first xmas.....so I'm unloading the car, which is full everywhere through out, So just making a joke, I say God you must have spend a least 15 grand, not smiling back, she says, ummmm really about 16 grand. I almost fell over. Her excuse was since we never really give each other gifts on xmas, we give surprises all year long, she decided to give herself my xmas present to her early, and bought a 5 carat tennis bracelet, I still wondered how in the world she spend 9 grand on everyone else tho. Nicce she said she'll make it up tonight!!!!!!

lol Miranda's brother coming in 9 months lol

no way I pull and pray lol

We draw names each year. Family is to damn big and i refuse to buy for 50 people. Kids buy for kids and adults for adults. But since Grandpa is the boss we all buy him something. Is sex with the wife worth $7,000? You can have it all year. What is she gonna do that's so different tonight? YOu really don't have to answer that, but i hope it's worth $7,000. i would of bought my Jeep, i'm not into that jewelry stuff.

I love your sense of practicality. (That sounded sarcastic, but wasn't meant to.)

Wow 16k.... What do you do for a living, or did you marry a wealthy lass, or perhaps you inherited a nice chunk of change, or perhaps you won the lottery.... LOL, LOL

Here's the thing about diamonds. They are common rocks found on every continent. Basically Debeers (and Oppenheimer) cornered the market on a common item and made it uncommon. It's all about supply and demand, and they control the supply. Anyway if I buy jewelry for my wife I prefer rubies, emeralds, sapphieres or something like that. Something with some color.

I was wondering the same thing myself ;)

This kidna belongs in the like why do xxx-xx what’s the big deal about jewelry? Personally, I don't think it improves the look of the lady and all that money. Is it bragging rights? Id use that 7k for a decent crate engine so I'd have a fast machine to brag about mowahaha

I prefer silver. My ring is silver and black hills gold, watch is silver and ear rings are silver. I think gold is ugly. I don't wear bracelets or necklaces. I can't see spending that much money on anything like that. I'm a cheap ass when it comes to buying for myself.

HAHAHAHA!!! :rotflmao:

If my wife spent 7k on a friggin bracelet, regardless of whether I had the money...I would have to kick her ass.

Not really, but she would definitely take it back!

I hope she plays tennis a lot.
