Wow, The whole perspective on Stewie must be different for British people. To our ears, the British accents sounds like rich, educated royalty, which is funny as hell coming from an American baby. Maybe some British cartoonist can exploit the same phenomena, have a British baby with an American accent, have the baby be a violent stereotype of an American redneck. Constantly saving his allowances to spend on high tech weaponry, dominating some of the weaker kids. It could be funny.
