Nothing more disturbing when a player, who thinks he is a leet player, is using /kill in a 1 on 1.
I've seen so many use it. So the new rule is great i think. Perhaps it's why u got it??
- Though i hear you Consious.
But it's still is a teamplayer game and it's not osp or a scrim. Find a medic and use the pistols, nades or whatever to go for the next shot.
I think it's challenging!

is it as annoying as 20 people getting together trying to build a tree and then some dipshit throwing an airstrike?

There's nothing quite THAT annoying :P

Apparently people still don't understand. Just drop it, not even worth it.

If you realy wanted it dropped you wouldn't have posted ;)

In the last few minutes of the game when you have lives to spare and want to do the /kill rapid fire panzer it's unlikely that the other team are going to win so it's hard to claim selfless dedication to your own team. If it was a no lives server then I guess you could say you were making optimal use of the panzer (though it would be extremely boring to do that for 25 minutes). Also the real threat to the team is not gonna come strolling through the trenches, that's the noob route so it's not like you are crippling the allies either.

I used to do it too before the autokick came in but it was for the KR not the team. It's always for the KR...

So when you say that people don't get it, you're wrong. They get it, they just don't believe your motives in /kill panzing are what you say they are :)

I agree with Parrott.

these are the forums where people have post counts over 5000, you think anyone is ever gonna drop anything?

I saw your point after the 1st post but now it is going to be discussed for awhile, we get bored.

Trenches for the noobs? Um, I can only make it over the wall with some keyboards, lol. Isn't that retarded? And yes, I feel like a noob running through the trenches, hahaha. Especially when I start to notice that I get panzered by the same idiot...LOL.

Ofcourse this was a couple of months ago when I played.:P

Obviously everyone uses the trenches but if there's a panzer blowing the crap out of the trenches heading for the steps anyone with half a brain will either jump up onto the bank if they can or go lower bunker if they can't....

The reason why the panzer has a charge time is to prevent one from firing it over and over and over again, in a short period of time.

The abuse of the /kill command is specifically being used to circumnavigates this charge time. Hence, the acuumulation of TK points, which may eventually lead to a 2 minute kick.

I fully support this setting, and think it is long overdue. Thanks MAA.

YOOPER that be a valid point if there wasn't limited lives. /Killing is part of the game, not so much on the beach, but still if its going to be limited lives, there should be no limit on /killing. I play conservative in the beginning to make sure that i don't skull, and then if i go on long live stretches i should be able to use the lives how i want if your going to limit them.

There are better ways to get round the charge time...

I think you should be able to change your name more than once before getting kicked for a minute. I messed up one time and I fixed it and got kicked for 2 min.
