Think of it as your patriotic duty al to train frogs fast enough to evade the french leading to their eventual starvation. The next step will be training frogs to attack leading to the immediate and unconditional surrender of the french state...

You'll have to wait till your frog is registered type thing then a little door appears behind that text in the lower right of the screen
