Lineage 2 is pretty good I've heard. Like ultima ONline only better and with 3d graphics. I've seen screenshots looks freakin awesome, has castles, seige weapons and everything. And the ability to seige a castle :D

Well, keep your eyes peeled on World of Warcraft. Sounds like they have a pretty interesting PvP option, especially the ability to have faction war with another faction. I am beta testing Saga of Ryzom. That is a pretty cool game as well. I love making guns. The Launcher has AOE damage, and I can just slaughter fields of these deer type things called Capryni's. It is almost sickening.....but I enjoy it. I take people out hunting, they want to kill just one, and I end up cleaning the herds up before they even get a chance :).

I'm not sure about World of Warcraft, but it is a very popular game. I've been playing Guild Wars recently. The graphics are great and you can just jump in as a 20th level player and start PVP immediately. In additon there is no monthly fee!

Overall a very good game.

Agreed with Sonar on this. Been playing PvE GW the past few weeks and has been a lot of fun. The no monthly fee thing is really nice. The game was designed around PvP from the get-go with a VERY strong emphasis on all-around balance amongst the player abilities (in other words, someone who has put in 500 more hours than you doesn't necessarily have a higher chance of beating you in PvP).

There isn't a One-on-One PvP in the game because the emphasis is on team-based play. Game really works well with the whole rocks-scissors-paper sense of balanced skills sets. You also have CTF type of games and TDM type of games as well.
Move as a team, never move alone. Welcome to the Terrordome!

I shoulda taken some screenshots of me in the castle seige and in the Throne room shortly after conquring the Dion castle.

The clan I'm in is called TheFederation, we lead the Republic alliance. Dion castle was owned by WeLittleEmpire (Controlled by WeLittlePeople, they mainly do Area Affect). We had help from the Koga alliance, HonorGuardians alliance, while WLE had help from DTF (A single clan) and the Invictus alliance just went out of their way to PK any Koga they could find, until we started PKing them back. So then they started rushing our clan HQs (Flags planted on the seiging area that allow members of the clan to be spawned on the seiging area instead of being teleported 2 towns away and then having to run a bit.)

We had problems getting the Seige Golem to attack the wall because they had a necromancer on the parapits casting fear which would make it run away from the caster...who happened to be ontop ofthe doors. So we bum rushed the doors and and eventually crashed them with a little bit of help from the golem. We had our highest lvl nukers just obliterate eveything when it would get close to the parapits so the necromancer didn 't matter anymore.

I think Guild wars is quite good.

I used to play Runescape, but it can get really boring.

I play WoW an Guild Wars. But not much into the PvP. But the guild I joined a week or so for GW has gotten me to join in on there PvP, or GvG as its called (Guild vs Guild).

But theres a new MMO comming out in like 2-3 months called RF (Riseing Force) Online. This game is supose to be a HUGE PvP fest. Its pritty futeristic. Like around lvl 30, you can buy thes big Mechs. There 3 races, each fighting for there oun land. Ive seen vid clips of like 100 vs 100.

The game is by codemasters. Take a look at the wbcite. They are planning on doing a 3 phase beta. You can sign up for it. But there only takeing like 10,000 peeps or so. The odds of you getting are kinda slim...UNLESS you preorder the game. then you can get a beta code that lets you in no mater what i think.

But RF online is a Pay to Play. They havent made any announcement on how much it will cost. Just a nutter idea for ya is all....
I may not be the best
I may not be the worse
But I will do my best...
