A little insight needed
So Savage Parrott, Twister026, DNK and others you have 'cusomized' aviatars I would like to "TRY" to make my own How would this be done? I'm not REAL computer literate but i suprise myself at times.

I made that one of Twister flapping his arms by editing the still in Photoshop, making three or four frames, then animated it with GIF Construction Set by Alchemy Mindworks.
If you really want a decent editing program and don't mind spending money, Photoshop Elements is about as powerful as Photoshop but costs about $550 less. If you don't think you'll be getting into all that and just want something free and easy, snag a demo of PSP.
